Originally from the UK, Lottie moved to Sydney eight years ago and brings a varied background in customer service and admin roles across different industries. She stepped into the recruitment world nearly three years ago and hasn’t looked back since. Known for her bubbly nature and being the go-to person in the office, Lottie thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, you’ll find her running (currently training for the Sydney Marathon!), paddleboarding, catching up with friends over coffee, or enjoying a coastal walk.
